Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport

It was an enjoyable, comfortable stay. We were concerned abt the size of the room/bed since most rooms were saw were small when searching for hotels in london but it was spacious and the bed regular king size, just a tad soft for my personal preference but still comfortable. When we arrived after a long flight, we were hoping for early check-in which was another concern cuz we were only going to know the day of arrival and they offered it too us complimentary, we were very happy. Food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, really enjoyed our meal there. Amenities/ facilities clean, comfortable, nice. All in all a great stay!

Great facilities with the self-help shop and security good. Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom clean and water nice and hot. Staff absolutely top notch. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely people. Breakfast was spectacular for the price and free for the kids who had a fun time helping make their own waffles. Honestly cannot fault it and have booked it for the night before our flight home. Will book again the next time w come through London.

The hotel is ideally located for visiting places in London. The underground station is very close and only 4 minutes walk. Better take directions to the Under Ground Station from the reception as just getting on the other side of the road and following it will make it a shorter and easier walk on a plain track. I was impressed by the staff's cooperation too. The private taxi I had arranged was a little late but the receptionist walked upto me and offered me a taxi to the Airport Terminal 3 for 22 pounds. The Hoppa Bus too touches the hotel but with a little extra money one can get a taxi from the hotel. I hope the Hotel would have taxi pickup arrangement from the Airport as well, But I am not sure as I did not explore the possibility. I would love to stay in the hotel on my return journey through London in October but there will be a time lag of 4 hours between the checkout time and my leaving for the airport. I do not know as to how flexible the hotel can be with the checkout time.

The facilities when entering the hotel was superb! The foyer area was clean and open and as it was christmas time it was very festive. The bedding and bed was super comfortable and soft, much needed way to end the night. Also has great connections to central london and airport via the tub station (hatton cross which is a 1 minute walk away, and bus stops outside the hotel)

Very accessible to the airport as we had to stay one night before travelling back to Wales I requested 2 rooms next to each other as there were five of us, with 3 kids. They gave us a family room which was exceptionally clean and tidy, the 2 rooms was connected by a door so can be accessed inside which was great for us. The food was really good. The staff were happy and helpful especially the night staff.
