After having our original hotel cancel at super short notice, managed to get booked in here. (Just a little further away from the tube station) for an overnight stay prior to flying from Heathrow. Staff super efficient and welcoming, room clean with everything you would want for an overnight stay. Breakfast served from 6am and plentiful selection, once again staff super efficient and attentive. No noise from frequent aircrafts. Caught bus from outside hotel to Terminal in good time too.

This hotel has become my standard stop-over place as I spend a day or two in London couple of times a year. I like that it is close to the Tube station, has all the conveniences of a modern hotel and is a hassle-free trip to the Heathrow Airport. Rooms are spacious (for a London hotel), staff are very friendly, yet professional and the amenities are all you need. If you do not mind taking the Underground in the morning to go to London proper, and then travel back for about 30 minutes in the evening, this should be your base.

Hotel was excellant easy to find and close to Heathrow airport. My room had an accessible bathroom as requested, bed very comfy, breakfast was great. Although we left earlier the check out time was 12.00 noon which was great. No rush to leave. I would recommend this hotel anyone travelling to Heathrow and if you had rented a car the return was very close and shuttle to the airport was available. Great peace of mind

Very helpful and friendly staff with local knowledge. Easily accessible to/from the airport by the hotel hoppa bus for only £6 per trip. Room service food was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you stay here, you really should get the breakfast; this was one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen, with toast/crumpets, cold meats and cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, bacon/eggs etc,, omelettes made to order, cereals including porridge with all the trimmings, and even a waffle machine.

The name is totally confusing because when I booked Hilton Garden Hotel Heathrow I thought it was the one next to T2/3. So we got all our bags there only to find we had to go get another taxi to another location 10-15 min away. Very frustrating and we were tired after a 7 hour drive.
